Student Tenants
You will need to:
- Read the terms and conditions
- Complete and return an application form
- Provide a completed guarantor form
- Pay a full deposit of one months rent
- Pay our agency fee (33% of a months rent + vat)
- Pay the first months rent in advance
- Sign the tenancy agreement (before you go home for the summer)
If you have completed all of the above make sure all the other members in your group have done the same, only then will the keys be released.
