Professional Tenants
You will need to:
- Read the terms and conditions.
- Complete and return an application form.
- Pay a full deposit of one months rent .
- Submit references or complete credit agency referencing form
- Pay our agency fee. (30% of a months rent + vat)
- Pay the first months rent in advance .
- Sign the tenancy agreements. (view sample agreement)
Only once all of the above are completed by all tenants will the keys be released to you.
